Paper Submission
Instructions for Authors
Authors of accepted abstracts are required to submit the following materials by November 15 December 1.
- You can upload each file up to 10 MB on the paper submission site.
- If you insert figures, it should be high resolution file in the Word and PDF files.
Extended Abstract
- 1 page extended abstract.
Full Paper
- maximum 8 pages full paper.
Signed Consent to Publish Form

PLEASE FIND BELOW SEVERAL FILES THAT CAN BE USED TO PREPARE YOUR PAPER:
- *Before starting, make sure that you have a PostScript printer installed.
- *Microsoft Word users should select the correct files for their printer: A4 paper size (21 x 29.7 cm, European size).
- *Copy the files which you will be using to a new directory and keep the original file as a backup.

Full Paper Submission

Submission Procedure
Authors are required to follow exactly the Instructions and Templates for preparation of their contributions and to complete the submission process through the online submission system.
The deadline for submission of Extended Abstract, Full Paper, Consent to Publish Form and Permission Verification Form is November 15, 2019 December 1, 2019.
Extended Abstract and Full Paper will be subjected to a review process. Authors will be informed about the review results by December 15, 2019.
After notification of acceptance, the camera ready copies of the Extended Abstract and Full Paper must be submitted immediately through the online submission system(https://mdpj.jp/tesi/iabmas2020/index.cfm) by January 15.
Final Publication and Presentation
Accepted contributions will be published by Taylor & Francis in a Hardbound Book of Extended Abstracts and a USB of Full Papers. Publication in the Proceedings and presentation at the Conference are conditional on the final acceptance of the Extended Abstract and Full Paper and on the registration of the presenting Author at the Conference by February 15, 2020.
Extended versions of selected papers presented at the Conference will be considered for publication in Structure and Infrastructure Engineering - Maintenance, Management, Life-Cycle Design & Performance, an international peer-reviewed scientific journal endorsed by IABMAS, and included in the ISI Science Citation Index.
